TO ORDER . . . . . IT'S EASY! We accept PAY PAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER CARD( *).

SHIPPING / SALES TAX . . . Most items will ship USPS. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours on all in stock items.  Due to our location, most shipments will arrive within 3-5 days.  Special shipping arrangements can be made for very large orders or very large items.  We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Texas, USA.

Specialty items that are customized (painted barn stars, and other custom request) may take up to 4 weeks before they ship.  Normally they will ship much sooner.

Some of our large Western Decor may have to be partially disassembled for shipping due to shipping requirements.

Some of the oversized items may incur additional shipping costs due to location of where the item is being shipped, requiring a freight quote.  You can estimate shipping costs by adding the weight codes together and finding the combined shipping costs for that code.  We will contact you before shipping if your actual shipping costs is more than the estimate:

RETURN POLICY . . . . . We will accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price if you are unhappy for any reason within 10 days less a 20% restocking fee.  However, no shipping costs will be refunded.  Please email us at Returns@ArtisticMetalArt or by filling in the fields below with your email address and information concerning the return so we can watch for it to arrive.  Upon arrival, full refund (less shipping and restocking fee) will be applied to original payment method.  SPECIAL ORDERS. . . . Cancellation of special order items after project has been started will result in a 35% cancellation fee.
